My name is Laura and I am a BACP registered therapist. I aim to provide a space that is safe, supportive and non-judgemental, where you can bring any issues or feelings, past or present, and together we can untangle and make sense of them.
I will listen carefully and compassionately, and help you get to the root of your difficulties. As a person-centred counsellor, we will explore what has shaped you and why you think, feel and behave in certain ways. With this insight and understanding, positive changes can be made, and you can come to a place where your self-esteem and confidence can grow; a place where you feel more fulfilled and in control of your life.
