I'm an experienced BACP-registered therapist (no.398506), and work with adults from all walks of life. I offer support with a wide range of issues, including: anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, relationship difficulties, grief, and family issues.
My approach is person-centred therapy, grounded in the belief that we each have the capacity to grow, change and find a way forward - sometimes we just need the right environment to do so.
My intention is to provide a space that is safe, supportive and non-judgemental, where you can bring any issues or feelings, past or present, and together we can untangle and make sense of them.

Through this deeper understanding, meaningful change becomes possible.
